Coronavirus Responce and Information

Tele-mental Health Sessions

Virtual sessions have synchronized audio and video, are 100% HIPPA compliant, and are readily available as appropriate.

Masks required

All in-person meetings may require the use of a face mask while infection rates are high - unless otherwise specified. This is subject to change per CDC guidelines and state or town ordinance.

Sanitization

Hand washing, hand sanitizer,  UV disinfection, and a botanical EPA registered cleaning product are used in between each in-person meeting.

Clean Air

The therapy space allows for over 6 ft of distance between clients and therapist. A HEPA air filter  uses internal UV-C light to clean and circulate the air 4 times per hour while killing germs and viruses.

Additional COVID-19 Protocols

  • New in-person clients fill out a questionnaire before meeting in order to inform whether they have had any COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone with symptoms in the past 14 days. Existing clients may be required to complete this during times of high infection rates or extended gaps between visits. The questionnaire is sent via a email with a secure link.
  • If therapist or clients have symptoms or exposure to COVID-19, the in-person meeting may be cancelled per CDC guidelines. A phone call must take place between client and therapist at first sign of symptoms or exposure in order to plan accordingly. Telehealth sessions may be scheduled instead.
  • Sessions are held 6 feet apart if conducted indoors. Outdoor "walk-and-talk" meetings are available and encouraged, weather permitting.
